It is with great pleasure that we announce the FINAL of the 5th edition of ‘MISS TOURISME LUXEMBOURG 2025’.
The final will take place inside the Cercle Cité. The setting for the Gala will be in harmony with the candidates in an enchanting décor, in the presence of guests of honour.
- The aperitif starts at 6.30pm
- Dinner served at the table at 7.30pm
- And the big SHOW at 7.45pm
There will be a presenter, singers, a musician and a DJ to liven up the evening.

General Booking Conditions
General Booking Conditions for the Miss Tourism Luxembourg 2025 Final with Dinner
1. Purpose: These general booking conditions (hereinafter "GBC") govern the booking of seats or tables for the Miss Tourism Luxembourg 2025 Final, including dinner (hereinafter "the Event").

2. Reservations:
o Reservations will only become effective once full payment has been received.
o Reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received and subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payment:
o The prices shown include dinner and all the services mentioned.
o Payment must be made by credit card, payconiq (+352 671537666) or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and refund:
o All cancellations must be notified in writing.

o In the event of cancellation from 30 and up to 7 days before the Event, a 90% refund will be made. After this period of 7 days before the Event and up to the day of the Event, no refund will be given (except with a medical certificate 70% will be refunded).

5. Access to the Event:
o Participants must present their booking confirmation at the entrance.
o The organiser reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not comply with the conditions of the Event.

6. Liability:
o The organiser accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of participants' personal belongings.
o Participants are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
o Parental liability: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children. In the event of breakage or damage to the equipment or facilities of the Event venue by a child, the parents or legal guardians will be responsible for reimbursing the damage.
o Behaviour of Children : Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to run or shout in the Event venue.

7. Modifications to the Event:
o The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme of the Event if circumstances so require.

8. Data protection:
o Participants' personal information will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation.

9. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions:
o By reserving a seat or table, participants unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions.

10. Correct clothing for the evening will be required (no jogging suits or trainers).
